i woke up this morning to a weird smell all over the family room- turns roommate's dog had peed somewhere in the room and tracked it all throughout the house. while cleaning the couches, my neighbor's (deaf) dog walked into the house- but i hadn't met this dog yet, so the fact that it was deaf was yet to be discovered by me. and then while washing the cushion cases, my roommate informs me that- despite what i thought- i'd been washing my clothes for the past week with fabric softener, not laundry detergent.
