and it reminded me of a few things:
1) that we will keep on reuniting for eons
2) how little the time or distance apart matters in those moments we're together
2) that we were destined to be together! in college...and in new ways today
3) that the number of significant others was over half at this gathering...and how significant those relationships are these days. meaning this will only grow as more people get hitched.
4) which means that babies may invade tennessee thanksgiving sooner than we think
5) that food is always better when it's made with friends
6) that more of you should make your way back to tennessee
7) that there are easy things to be thankful for and hard things to be thankful for. and how grateful i am to share in those joys & burdens with y'all.
so this is not to make the non-tennesseans jealous. but to serve as a reminder that this community still exists - and not just in blog form. praise god from whom all blessings flow. grateful for y'all near and far.
