i told you i'd post when i got an apartment, right?
well, it happened.
my new address:

Los Angeles, CA 90007
this building is incredible. it's 100% students (i found out i'm living with all undergrads- i'm still digesting that) and it's huge. safe, convenient, yada yada.
but the story is even more incredible:
i woke up today realizing that living in a hotel is a terrible terrible idea. so i checked out and got a refund on my rent, and paid for one night. then i booked it over to the gateway (the building i'm living in) and turned in my lease. an hour later, i got: my key, my mailbox key, my garage card, my laundry room card, and my elevator card. thirty minutes later, i had all my stuff moved into my room.
anyway- i know i have way too many stories to tell, so i too have started a blog:
anyway, orientation is tomorrow. can't wait to see what that has for me.
